Built by Three Skiers
Who Kept Getting Nosebleeds

Stop A Drop is a small Washington company started by three high-school skiers from the Crystal Mountain area. We make one thing: a sealed, pocket-size nosebleed kit that goes where you go.

Our Story

It Started on the Chairlift

Cooper gets nosebleeds. Cold, dry mountain air, altitude, a hard landing — any of it could set one off in the middle of a training day on the Crystal Mountain freeride team. The routine was always the same: wad of napkins from a pocket, head tilted back (wrong), blood on a jacket, and a run wasted.

The fix he wanted didn't exist: not a bulky first-aid kit, just the four things you actually use for a nosebleed, sealed small enough to forget about until you need it. So he sketched one, and with his friends and teammates Eli and Sam turned it into Stop A Drop.

We test the kits the way we live — in ski jackets, bike packs, gloveboxes, and the bottom of school backpacks. If something didn't survive a season with us, it didn't make it into the pouch.

Why Vacuum-Sealed

Because a Bag Is a Rough Place

The first prototypes were zip bags. They got crushed, the gauze got fuzzy with lint, and the wipes dried out in a month. Vacuum-sealing solved all three problems at once: the pouch is flat and rigid, the contents stay sterile and moist, and you can tell instantly whether a kit has been opened.

It also lets us keep the kit at 3.5 inches and under an ounce — small enough that people actually carry it, which is the only thing that matters when the nosebleed shows up.

Who It's For

Anyone Who's Ever Bled on a Good Day

Athletes

Skiers, riders, climbers, runners, and anyone who trains in cold, dry, or high air. Keep one in the pack and get back on the hill.

Parents

Kids get the most nosebleeds and the least warning. One in the car, one in the diaper bag or backpack, and the school-morning panic is over.

Coaches & Teams

A Team Kit on the bench covers a season of bloody noses without raiding the trainer's bag. Ski clubs, bike teams, school PE, youth sports.

Travelers

Airplane air is famously dry. It's TSA-friendly and flat enough for a passport wallet, so it's there at 35,000 feet or in a hotel room at 2 a.m.

Mission

Make the Small Emergencies Boring

A nosebleed shouldn't end a ski day, a game, or a flight. Our job is to make sure the right four things are already in your pocket, so the worst part of a nosebleed is the ten minutes of waiting. We're a Washington-state LLC, we ship every order ourselves within 1–2 business days, and we answer every email personally at getstopadrop@gmail.com.
